Fashion & Nature

Flowers are the epitome of beauty, elegance, sensuality... Just look at the photos below, in particular this first one, aren't they screaming "fashion"?? Look at the first photo down here, the Hibiscus bud, don't you think it looks like a skirt? A summery, tulle, skirt moving in the summer breeze. Check out the tulip skirt in the next photo, I think it's a wonderful concept! For me, flowers are a great source of inspiration for fashion photography, they inspire elegance, beauty, movement... Take a look at the last photo posted, doesn't it seem as if she's coming out of a flower bud? It's beautiful!

Elena Sartison by Antonio Redaelli for Grazia no.43 - Seduzioni Soft

I remember this post from my old blog, it's from last year but the cold weather reminded me of it and how cosy and cute all these outfits are!
Soft beauty appears to be a never out of date theme. I love how it's sensual but sweet; it portrays the feeling of "being a woman yet always a little girl inside" :)

The wonders of Patrick Demarchelier

Demarchelier is definitely one of, if not my, favourite fashion and beauty photographer. I find his photographs charming, elegant and absolutely beautiful. The first time I heard of him was on ANTM, after that I checked his website and... I'm in love!

These are just some of my favourites...

Inspiring Images

Today I want to share with you some inspiring images I found around the web. Photographs are so much more than a moment in time, they tell a story. Behind every face, every landscape, every "instant" in a photo, there is a story, and this is what I love about it, discovering the story. For me a good photograph is when it tells something, it makes you feel some emotion, it makes you sad, it makes you happy, it makes you hungy... but it does something to you and it opens up a whole new world- So here a re just a very small selection for now of photographs which have told me something. I want to share them with you and see if you feel the same, feel free to comment and tell me the story you read in it or the emotion they gave you!
